GNOME Foundation announced that GNOME Asia Summit 2012 will be hosted in HONG KONG in June. It is the first and large F/OSS Asia Conference hosting in Hong Kong.。

Call For Paper: First conference for JavaScript developers (JSDC) in Taiwan
JavaScript has become a rising star lately due to two emerging technologies: HTML5 and Node.js. This means developers can build entire web or mobile application with Javascript from front-end all the way to back-end.
Therefore javascripters in Taiwan think it’s time for Taiwanese JavasScript lovers to have an annual JavaScript conference. On 2012/5/19 there will be an one day event called JavaScript Developers Conference(JSDC). Hence, they are calling for proposals for the following two types of presentation: 30-minute talk and 5-minute lightning talks. Deadline of CFP submission is March 10th.
